Platform rules
Last updated 29 October 2026 · Governed by New Zealand law
Everyone with a SystemiqOS login follows these rules (Terms, clause 8.1). SystemiqOS runs on HighLevel, so HighLevel's rules apply too. They're summarised below.
1. Messages you send
- You're the sender of every message from your account.
- You follow the marketing and phone rules of every country you send to, and the rules of phone carriers.
- Every marketing message has consent, says who it's from, and has a working unsubscribe (Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007). You stop sending to anyone who unsubscribes within 5 working days.
- You keep a record of each consent.
- Texts can't promote alcohol, gambling, tobacco or adult content.
- You only send email from a domain you control, or with the domain owner's written permission. If you work under a host agency, the host sets up its sending domain with us.
2. Your customers' information
- You handle your customers' information as the Privacy Act 2020 requires, including telling them who holds it, and telling them when you get their details from someone else.
- You decide how long you keep your customers' details, keep them no longer than you need, and delete them when the law says you must.
- Don't store full card numbers or card security codes anywhere in your account, including notes, emails and messages. Take card payments through a payment provider's own payment pages.
- If you use HighLevel's contact enrichment, which uses People Data Labs, you follow People Data Labs' data use policy.
3. AI
These apply to any AI tool you use with your account, including TripIQ and HighLevel's own AI.
- You only use AI where the law allows it.
- You check everything AI drafts before you use or send it, including anything you enter into a booking system.
- You tell your customers when they're talking to an AI chatbot or voice.
- You don't put card details into any AI tool. You only put passport or health details into AI tools that run under commercial terms that stop your data being used for training, such as TripIQ.
- You don't use AI to make decisions about people that have legal or similar effects, such as refusing or cancelling a booking, deciding whether someone is fit to join a trip, deciding a refund, or hiring staff.
- You don't use AI for advice that would normally come from a licensed professional, such as legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
- You don't use AI to mislead, discriminate, harass or copy someone else's work.
4. Logins and access
- You keep your logins safe, turn on two-step login, and tell us straight away if a login is misused.
- We keep admin access to your account. We need it to run and support it.
- HighLevel may also access your account for support and security, and to enforce its rules.
- You don't give a login to anyone who works for another HighLevel agency or a business selling a similar platform, unless we agree first.
5. What the platform can't be used for
HighLevel's code of conduct rules these out:
- anything that breaks the law
- spam, or unlawful advertising
- pretending to be someone else
- fraud, scams, phishing or malware
- fake reviews or fake support
- hateful, harassing, violent or sexually explicit content
- harming or exploiting anyone
- child sexual abuse material
- legal, medical or financial advice given without the licence it needs
- gambling and payday lending
- crypto mining
- political campaigning that breaks campaign law
- spreading misinformation
- saying anything untrue about the platform, or using the SystemiqOS, TripIQ or HighLevel names or logos
- getting into parts of the platform you shouldn't, overloading it, or copying it with bots
This is a summary. HighLevel's full rules are in its Terms of Service, Exhibits A and B, at gohighlevel.com/terms-of-service, and they're the ones that apply.
6. Selling through the platform
- If you sell anything through the platform, such as trips, deposits or courses, you're the seller, and each sale is between you and your customer.
- Your payment pages show your contact details, your refund policy and when you'll deliver.
- You handle your own refunds, chargebacks and tax.
7. If a rule is broken
We may pause your account, stop messages sending, or end your subscription if you break a rule, if HighLevel asks us to, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the platform or other people at risk. HighLevel can also act on its own, without notice. Where we're allowed to, we tell you why and help you fix it. The details are in our Terms, clauses 10.2, 13 and 14.
