Hi, I'm Ange.

I started in travel by accident in 1996, covering a friend's shift at a travel agency while I was studying. I never left.

Over the next 30 years I worked my way through every corner of the industry. Operations. Consulting. Broker management. And eventually, Chief Operating Officer of New Zealand's largest independent travel agents network, where I spent 16 years.

In September 2024 I stepped away to do what I do best: helping travel businesses get the systems and strategy they need to run well.

SystemiqOS came out of a simple observation: travel businesses were running on memory, spreadsheets, and goodwill. Not because the operators weren't capable. They absolutely were. But because no one had built them the right tools for the way travel businesses actually work. So I built SystemiqOS: a system set up around the way travel businesses actually work.
